'Relationship Goals' Video Goes Viral For All The Wrong Reasons

"This actually made me wretch..."

In this day and age, our social media timelines are filled with the latest home video trend and ideas on what millennials define as "relationship goals," however this couple's attempt at going viral for being #RelationshipGoals has gone viral, for all the wrong reasons.

The video was shared by Twitter account Rad Dates, with the caption "I need this type of relationship." In the clip, a boy can be seen literally summoning a girl, who we presume is his girlfriend, to which she responds by running over and placing her chin in his hands.

Cute, right? Except the summoning kind of resembles the type of thing you'd expect to see between a dog and its owner, which is not what you'd expect from a healthy relationship.

The video prompted the wonderful people of the internet to create their own spoofs, and we have to say, they're much better than the original.

And the video also sparked criticism from people who felt "sick" after watching the video, and others who, quite rightly, asked if the girl is a pet dog.

Someone even pointed out how it could be made into a meme... Relatable.

Nah, we're really not feeling this one, guys. Definitely not our idea of #RelationshipGoals.
