The autumn cold snap has well and truly arrived in the UK, with plummeting temperatures leaving us all seeking refuge under blankets and woolly jumpers.

With more rain, wind and low temperatures on the horizon, we have found the perfect antidote.

You can now buy a big hot water bottle from Argos that you can wrap around yourself at night to keep you warm and toasty. The Body Bottle by YuYu can be ordered from Argos for £24.99 (not including delivery) and we think it will be a popular choice during this month's cold snap.

According to the product description on the site, the Body Bottle uses less than a kettle (1-1.5 litres) of water.

It has a cosy fleece fabric to snuggle up to on a winter's night, and is great for soothing aches and pains.

The Body Bottle fleece covers are easy to care for and are washable at 30 degrees. They also feature the innovative extendable strap for wearing around the waist or back.

The Body Bottle uses only high-quality biodegradable rubber rather than PVC. The bumps on the surface of the bottle trap air under the fabric making it stay warmer for longer.

The advert also has directions for use to ensure you get the most out of the Body Bottle and stay safe.

When filling your bottle with hot water, do not use boiling water straight from the kettle - always allow cooling for 1-2 minutes

Hold the bottle by the neck firmly, fill slowly and carefully to approximately 2/3 to allow for water to disperse when in use.

It is important to expel any excess air from the bottle before replacing the stopper, and ensure it is secured tightly to prevent leakage.

When not in use, keep your bottle empty of water and stored in a cool, dry, dark place.

Try hanging the bottle upside down with the stopper off so that the bottle becomes completely dry inside after you've used it.

The bottle should be kept away from direct exposure to sunlight. Sunlight can discolour the bottle and harm the rubber, ageing and degrading it.
