If you call London home, you might want to brush up on your neighbourly skills as those living in the capital have been voted as least considerate to their neighbours in a new study.
Residents in Cardiff think they have the nicest neighbours, rating them 8.1 out of 10, appreciating them for keeping an eye on their homes while they're on their holiday and helping out with small chores like watering plants.
But the study, commissioned by Duette, found that London is home to the least considerate neighbours with a score of 4.1 out of 10.
Residents in London found their neighbours to be inconsiderate and unlikely to strike up a conversation.

The research was carried out as part of an ongoing study into which areas had the most mindful communities, and surveyed over 2,400 Brits over the age of 18 who rented or owned their homes.
Manchester neighbours came in second place at 7.9 out of 10, followed by Gloucester (7.7), Exeter (7.5), Worcester (7.4), Newcastle (7.2), Truro (7.1), Norwich (7), Birmingham (6.8) and Leeds (6.7).
As well as appreciating their neighbours for keeping an eye on their homes and watering their plants, 18 per cent said they liked that their neighbours never complained about noise levels.

On the flip side, London was rated 4.1, Bristol 4.5, Glasgow, 4.8, Liverpool 5 and Reading 5.4.
Things that annoyed residents most were noisy neighbours and ignoring one another - one in ten even admitted they've had a verbal argument with someone living close by.
One in 10 of those who voted their neighbours lower than five said they had considered moving because of their neighbours.

Sunny Matharu, a Duette spokesperson said: "Having nice neighbours can make a huge difference; not only can you turn to them for help when you need it, such as when you go away, but it's always someone to smile and wave at, sometimes talk to, and you never know who's day you might be making by being kind.
"Bad neighbours are never ideal, especially when all involved are arguing. For the sake of all involved, any issues should be discussed and resolved - it shouldn't lead to someone having to up and move in order to feel settled and comfortable."
Sounds like we all need a schooling in neighbourliness!
