As young'uns we think we know it all, but the people we truly get the best advice from is our grandparents.
They've lived through every possible romantic dilemma, friendship drama or work issue you can think up - and with the years come the wisest of words.
Now, one care home in the US are putting their combined years of life knowledge to good use by giving people daily broadcasts of solid advice.
Posted to Facebook, the residents of St. Clair Nursing Center in Missouri give their most valuable advice, ranging from "always be nice to everyone" to "always pay your bills".

It started as an idea from the home's activities manager, Debbie Michael, roughly a month ago when she thought it would be a nice idea to offer the residents the chance to shared their advice for the younger generation.
Armed with a whiteboard, each day Debbie gets a new resident to fill out their name, age and a give a stellar piece of advice.

"Get a good education. Be kind to your parents," says Rose, 81.
"Keep an open mind, you never know what the future has waiting for you," offers Bob N, 80.
"Slow down, you do not always need to be in such a hurry," says Edna, 81.
81-year-old Bonnie's advice tells it how it is ("Pay your bills"), whereas Waunita's advice speaks to our soul: "Eat, drink and be merry!"

"Find someone you love and hold on to them," is 91-year-old Bob's advice.
Bob, you are breaking our hearts.
Since they started, the inspirational tidbits have taken off and now garner thousands of likes on each photo posted on St. Clair Nursing Center's Facebook.
