A mum who blogged and raised awareness for cancer shared a powerful message with her social media followers before she died, aged 38.
Cancer campaigner, Trina Clearly, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and reportedly underwent a variety of surgeries and treatments.
Since then, she devoted her social platforms to highlighting the importance of early detection and urged everyone to pursue a swift diagnosis.
In an interview with the national press, Cleary stated that she never wanted to live 'scan to scan' - and her final message reflects that sentiment.

On Tuesday 6 June, the mum-of-one’s family took over her Instagram account to reveal that their daughter had 'taken a turn'.
The statement read: “Hi everyone as I'm sure you have noticed our beautiful girl Trina has been very quiet this week.
“Things have taken a turn and she is now back in palliative care and is been kept comfortable.”
A day later, however, a pre-planned post was shared by the family which confirmed to Cleary’s 25,800 followers that she had died.
The post itself depicted the campaigner as an angel, wearing a flower crown and proudly showing off her surgery scars.

The caption read: “Hello Beautiful People. If this is being posted then, my time on this earth has come to an end. Forever 38.
“I just wanted to leave a final message for all of you beautiful people who have raised me up, cheered me on, supported me, caught me when I fell down and just been there for me as friends from afar and near.”
The post then went on to thank her followers for seeing, hearing and helping save lives.
“I have one request,” she wrote. “That is that you help my legacy live on. The first of the month - feel it on the first. Keep sharing my message. Keep spreading much-needed awareness because you never know who is watching. Don't let my memory or my story die.”
The Duncormick woman then revealed that she hoped her followers would live life 'with no regrets' and urged them to always 'grab life by the balls'.

Following her death and the pre-planned message, fans, influencers and athletes have shared their condolences.
MMA Fighter, Brian Moore, wrote: “Rest in peace Trina. Bless you and your family. What an inspirational story with so many lessons within it for all of us here to learn from. Thank you. You're legacy and story will live on and on RIP.”
Musician and DJ, Dec Pierce, said: “My deepest condolences to everyone close to Trina. Heartbroken to read this update. Thinking of you all.”
Radio and TV presenter, Trishauna Archer, commented: “Rest in power Trina. Sending love and strength to your family and friends. You were an incredible human.”

The late mother is survived by her husband Stuuy, son Corey and the rest of her family.
