An adorable video showing a young boy caring for his great-granddad with Alzheimer's disease has gone viral online.
In the sweet clip, little Colton Keith can be seen feeding 79 year old Franklin Frye a baked potato and coleslaw at the dinner table.
The caring little one instructs his relative to open is mouth before preparing him a mouthful and placing it inside.

"You want some coleslaw, right here?," he asks, to which his granddad confirms he does.
Clutching a napkin in his hand, Colton is also seen making sure Franklin doesn't have food around his mouth before feeding him each bite.
As she looks on, Colton's mother Nichole Eastridge can be heard in the background telling him how proud she is.
She also gives advice on best to feed him, and encourages Colton to ask his granddad if the food tastes good (his nodding suggests that it does).
Franklin suffers from both dementia and Alzheimer's disease, and so struggles to do daily tasks on his own.
Speaking about the tender moment, Nichole said: 'My granddad Franklin lives on his own but he's unable to look after himself, so we go to his house every day.
"Colton always wants to come with me and he will usually help feed him once a day. He also helps him drinking water, pushes him around in his wheelchair and put his shoes on.
"He just randomly wants to help and that makes me proud. The fact that he is willing to do this at six years of age touches my heart."
We're not crying, you are!
