Lidl Is Selling An Outdoor Pizza Oven For £99 And It's Perfect For Summer

We anoint this summer the official summer of well-priced garden furniture.

First, we saw a price war erupt between supermarkets on their hot tubs, then Argos reduced the price of its gazebo bar, and now, Lidl have released an outdoor pizza oven for alfresco summer dining. NEED.

Better yet, in true Lidl style it costs just £99.99. That's far less than you'd normally pay for a pizza oven which can cost upwards of £500.

And it's legit too: the oven is made from durable steel and cordierite pizza stone base to cook a 12" pizza, as well as a chrome plated cooking grill meaning you can switch you pizza oven up into a BBQ if you fancy.

The whole thing is finished off in a stylish black high temperature paint, which Lidl say "suits any style of garden, adding a touch of rustic elegance to summer barbecues and birthday bashes alike."

They add: "This game-changing garden gadget will transform your patio into an outdoor kitchen, allowing budding pizzaiolos to serve up delicious, fresh pizzas from the comfort of your own home."

Lidl's La Hacienda Pizza Oven is in stores from Thursday 13th June.

And if that's not enough to satisfy your penchant for Italian food, then you might want to know about Lidl's Pasta Machine, too, which allows you to make fresh pasta every day. And it'll only set you back £14.99.

Ahhhh, we see a pizza and pasta summer garden party in our midsts...

Lidl have nailed it once again - and it's not the first time this summer. In May, the supermarket reduced the price of its Inflatable 4-Person Hot Tub Whirlpool from £299 to £249, making it cheaper than similar offerings from Tesco and Aldi.

The 50 quid price-slash came days after Tesco reduced its CleverSpa Amalfi Hot Tub from £385 to £265, knocking the £80 off as part of its centenary celebrations.

In the same month Argos slashed the price of its Home Bar Gazebo, Table & Chairs Set to £197.99, down from £330. Sadly, the price has gone up again. Booooo, Argos.
