They might say: "never work with children or animals", but with Chester Zoo recently revealing it's hiring for several roles, including a 'Learning Manager' - it might be time to rethink that rule.
The Learning Manager will oversee zoo-based learning, including daily activities, public workshops and the school programme. Essentially you'll get paid to teach children about the zoo's amazing residents - and that sounds pretty cool.
Over 21,000 animals call Chester Zoo home and the zoo is visited by around 1.9 million people annually.
They are also on the hunt for a sales and event assistant to organise meetings, events, group bookings and gift experiences.
More of a creative type? They're looking for a marketing assistant to do copywriting, film production, photography and look after the website and social media.
They're looking for bar staff for the newly refurbished Oakfield pub on the zoo's grounds too.
There's a number of seasonal vacancies available as well for facilities assistants to look after site presentation, site cleaning, cleaning of buildings on and off site and ensuring guest facilities are clean and presentable throughout the day.
