Instagram fitness star Jelly Devote uploaded the impressive transformation to show her followers how much better shape you can be in if you give up the booze.

The fitness fanatic told her 575 thousand followers: "There is so many changes in how I look, how I feel, and how I live my life.

"I've never felt better, I have balance. I eat a doughnut, followed by a salad. I don't drink alcohol often, I down my water and most importantly I've gone from hating myself to loving myself.

"People always ask how much I've lost, and I honestly don't know what my highest weight was (not the picture) due to hating myself so much I didn't weigh myself (probably around 75kg) and I don't weigh myself anymore (lightest I've been 45kg, NOT HEALTHY MIND)

"Weight doesn't matter, you matter. How you feel about yourself. Don't focus on a number that can fluctuate 5kg in two days.

"I've now been 'balanced' since the crazy party nights in Bali and I'm feeling SO good again! Party life ain't for me! I rather be in sneakers than heals, and rather drink protein and smoothies than sipping champagne."

Jelly also uses her platform to show her followers that people shouldn't get too hung up on the pictures that they see online, showing that sometimes a blogger's flat stomach is largely down to good lighting and good angles.

In a recent post she encouraged her fans not to strive for a 'perfect Instagram profile', insisting that no one walks around looking perfect at all times.

She said: "We are all humans. We all have our flaws, but at the same times, we like showing our better versions which is just as okay as loving yourself at your worse!

"BALANCE, that's the key to everything in life. Diet. Working out. Social life. Work. Everything is about balance. To find YOU! And what makes YOU happy. And no one else!"

Yes girl.
