On the latest episode of the ITV mainstay, Nella, 26, was notably absent from the live segment of the show.

Addressing the missing influencer, long-standing hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly said: “Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial.”

Fans of the ITV show took to social media to air their grievances following the news that Nella would be exempt from the latest Bushtucker Trial,

One X (formerly Twitter) user said: “I’m A Celebrity keeps protecting Nella from doing trials! I want my 5 votes back. Trust me when we can, we are all going to.”

Another said: “Nella Rose was ‘seeing the medics’ which is why she doesn’t have to participate in tomorrow’s trial when she inevitably would’ve gotten voted for it.”

Many I'm A Celeb viewers took to social media to discuss Nella's recent removal.

“Nella Rose off to see the medics as they are about to announce who’s doing the next Bushtucker Trial? CONVENIENT,” commented a third.

Earlier this week, ITV viewers slammed the celebrity contestant following an ‘insensitive’ interaction with Sam Thomspon.

The pair were coupled up to compete against Grace Dent and Nigel, 59, during the recent Touchdown of Terror Bushtucker Trial.

However, after the Made In Chelsea star vowed to give his partner all the ‘encouragement’ she needed, Nella decided to cut him off.

He said: “I’m going to give you the most encouragement you’ve ever seen in your life.

“Think when a spider is hurling across the wall onto the face…”

In reply, the YouTuber said: “I’m done. No, you just make everything worse.”

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, she later admitted: “I love Sam to bits, I love him, but he overwhelms me very quickly.”

Regarding the tense interaction, one X user said: “Sam has ADHD, he's the way he is bc of it.

"I can't imagine how hard it was for him growing up wondering why he was how he was, finally being diagnosed and then BEING TOLD BY NELLA HE'S 'TOO LOUD OR W/E' HE CAN'T HELP IT. THAT'S WHO HE IS. IT'S PART OF HIM. LEARN MORALS.”

Another commented: “Sam literally has ADHD… Nella tryna school him in that patronising way is almost picking at his character lmao. idk. that doesn’t sit right w me.”
