After what feels like months of anticipation, the grand finale of Strictly Come Dancing 2023 will be airing on our TV screens this weekend.
Soap stars Bobby Brazier and Ellie Leach will take to the ballroom for the final time, along with Bad Education actor Layton Williams.
The Strictly trio are set to battle it out to win the legendary Glitterball Trophy, having previously knocked out 10 other celebrity couples (not including Amanda Abbington and Nigel Harmen, who quit the show prematurely).

As well as attempting to suss which of the three remaining couples will bag the top spot, fans of the much-loved BBC dance competition have been wondering just how much the stars get paid for an appearance on the show.
Taking to social media, viewers have also wondered whether the impressive pay cheque is heftier the longer that the star remains in the competition.
According to Metro, each contestant receives a set fee of £25,000 for agreeing to take part in the show - though this has never officially been confirmed by an insider at the TV broadcaster.

The publication also alleges that the famous faces receive another pay increase if they make it to the end of October, with the series usually kicking off at the end of September.
By that logic, only Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas, Channel 4 News host Krishnan Guru Murphy, TV presenter Angela Rippon, Irish telly star Angela Scanlon, The Bill actor Nigel Harman, former tennis pro Annabel Croft and the three finalists that would have received the second pay increment.
This means that Love Island's Zara McDermott, actress Amanda Abbington (who quit the show early, sparking rumours of a feud with parter Giovanni Pernice), comedian Eddie Kadi, paralympian Jody Cundy, radio presenter Nikita Kanda and actor Les Dennis would have missed out on the impressive pay rise.

It is also understood that stars receive another bump of as they hit the quarter-finals, and again if they reach the semi-finals.
And when it comes to the winning celebrity, apparently they're set to receive a whopping £100,000 for their time on the show.
That means that the winners of the five most recent series - BBC documentary-maker Hamza Yassin, EastEnders actress Rose Ayling-Ellis, comedian Bill Bailey, Emmerdale's Kelvin Fletcher and investigative journalist Stacey Dooley - have all taken home the £100k cash prize.

Which seems rather unfair, considering the professional dancers that create the impressive routines and carry their partners through the competition only receive a flat rate of £50,000 per series.
That's not all the stars receive, however, as the publication also claimed that any big-names that join the subsequently Strictly tour will understandably receive another substantial payment.
Alright for some, eh?
