Love Island’s Georgia Steel has opened up about what it feels like 'the most hated woman in the country' after receiving death threats following her All Stars appearance.
Georgia's family previously issued a statement after she got bunch of 'vile threats' and 'nasty' messages from viewers of the ITV show.
And now, the 25-year-old - who made it to the final alongside Toby Aromolaran - has shared her own statement about the backlash she faced online regarding her links to Callum Jones and Tom Clare.

An episode that aired earlier this month (4 February), saw a clip being played to the whole villa showing Georgia and Tom having a DMC where he asked her if she would rather be with him or Callum.
Georgia revealed it would be him, despite saying something different to Callum - something that clearly rubbed some viewers up the wrong way.
"I felt like the most hated woman in the country. I had no clue it would be that bad," Georgia told The Sun.
She continued: "I’m 25 and I wanted to meet the right person for me, and the only way to do that was to get to know people.

"I don’t see the boys receiving the hate that I did. It’s actually mostly women that have been trolling me and I wouldn’t have expected that.
"It’s all really confusing and hard for me to get my head around."
The Love Island star added: "I had a feeling I would get some stick when I got out but never did I know that the trolling would be so intense.
"I’ve had death threats, my family and friends have had death threats and I feel slightly responsible for that.
"I had a gut feeling after the PDA awards ceremony about the backlash that was brewing on the outside. I didn’t have therapy in the villa but when I came out, the producers prepared me and told me about the stick I had had."

Georgia went on to reveal she is now feeling 'anxious' every time she leaves the house, adding: "I’m always thinking, will anyone say anything to me?
"I’m determined to still live my life and I know I signed up to be in the public eye.
"I know I’m controversial and I’m never going to please everyone, but I didn’t expect this to be so intense."
She has since decided to take some time away from social media and will return 'when it feels right', saying she wants to wait until she's 'back in the best mindset first'.
"I also want to use my platform and not allow this vile trolling to happen anymore," Georgia continued. "I would love to go to parliament and speak to them about it because we need to set up a system where anonymous trolling is not allowed.

"It’s the modern day form of bullying and it needs to be stopped because everyone in the public eye gets it."
She concluded: "Some people won’t be as resilient as me and that’s who we need to look after.
"I really want to do something about it to be honest, before it is too late."
