If you're looking for something to watch with the family on Christmas Day, look no further than this. No, I'm not talking about whoever gets bumped off on Eastenders. Sky One is going to be showing The Greatest Showman at 6:45pm.
That's the perfect time, given that you'll be full of just the right amount of stuffing, cheese, and booze by that stage. Hopefully, you'll have finished your afternoon nap by then...
It's fair to say the movie, starring Hugh Jackman and telling the story of circus entrepreneur P.T. Barnum, was something of a success at the cinemas.
Released on Boxing Day 2017, it went on to gross more than $430 million at box offices worldwide, it was nominated for an Academy Award - although 'This Is Me' eventually lost in the Best Original Song category to Coco's 'Remember Me' - and had a best-selling, high-charting soundtrack.
In fact, the soundtrack sold so well that they even brought out a 'Reimagined' version of it with a whole host of pop superstars such as Kesha, Pink, and Missy Elliott featured.

Jackman himself is embarking on a huge tour off the back of the success of the film. Oh, and the movie was so massive that it got released again in time for Christmas so that everyone could come and watch it and feel all festive.
To be fair, it should have been a Christmas film in the first instance.
Anyway, you'll be able to sit down in front of the fire and watch The Greatest Showman with your nearest and dearest and presumably at all other Christmases following this.
If that sounds like your cup of tea, you're probably not alone.

Despite that huge piece of scheduling, the Christmas schedule on other channels has been criticised for being 'boring'.
Basically, BBC One has got things like Call The Midwife, Mrs Brown's Boys, and even an episode of trusty EastEnders to keep the festive fun flowing.

Hardly inspiring, is it?
One person tweeted: "This is a totally uninspiring lineup - time for licence fee to end."
Another wrote: "BBC1 doing their bit to encourage a resurgence in family board games there. #NotASingleprogrammeOfInterest."
Someone else said: "Christmas Day used to be the TV highlight of the year... now it's the lowlight!"
To be fair, Mrs Brown's Boys is not just a lowlight of this year's Christmas Day scheduling, but a wider lowlight for the entertainment industry, western civilisation, and humanity as a whole.
