Megan Thee Stallion has responded to the bombshell ‘salacious accusations’ made by her former cameraman Emilio Garcia.

The 29-year-old 'Sweetest Pie' rapper has denied allegations by Garcia of harassment and creating a 'hostile, abusive work environment' which made his 'working conditions intolerable'.

In the suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Garcia claimed he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with the rapper, real name Megan Pete, while she had sex with a woman.

Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer Alex Spiro has since issued an official statement following such allegations.

Spiro told Page Six: "This is an employment claim for money – with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her.

"We will deal with this in court."

The videographer alleged that, in June 2022, he was made to watch Megan engage in sexual intercourse in an SUV with another woman during a tour stop to Ibiza after a night out.

He also claimed he was not able to escape the moving vehicle at the time, and was allegedly traumatised by the reported situation.

In the suit, he claimed that, after the incident, he was warned: "Don’t ever discuss what you saw."

Tyla has reached out to Megan Thee Stallion's representatives for further comment.

"I felt uncomfortable," Garcia told NBC News. "I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked.

"At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me."

In the lawsuit, the camera operator went on to claim that he has since been dealing with several mental health issues as a result of the alleged incident, including 'mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming'.

Garcia, who first worked for Megan as a personal cameraman in 2018, and held a full time role with her from 2019 through to June 2023, said he was subsequently treated differently by the rapper.

Page Six reports that he was fired from his role as Megan’s personal cameraman in June 2023, with his attorneys claiming to the outlet that this was a result of 'direct retaliation for his complaints about the ongoing illegal behaviour and failure to pay him properly'.

He also alleges Megan called him a 'fat b**ch' and told him 'you don't need to be eating'.

In a statement, Garcia’s attorney Ron Zambrano said: "Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behaviour and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct.

"Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.

"'Inappropriate' is putting it lightly. Exposing this behaviour to employees is definitely illegal."
