Lottie Moss is this week paving the way for celebrities to open up about their mental health battles in an emotional admission made on TikTok - and has lifted the lid on the real reason behind her famous facial tattoo.
The Celebs Go Dating – also famed for being the younger sister of supermodel Kate Moss – took to the popular video-sharing app today, where she was seen breaking down in tears.
Lottie, 26, began the video by admitting, 'I don't even know where to start', before bravely lifting the lid on her former battles with drink and drugs.

"I think it's just really important to talk about things and like I'm not very active on social media," she told her 91k followers. "Because I've been so bad in the past about it and I get some horrible comments about things."
The E4 star - who also appeared on Made In Chelsea - went on to claim she wants to 'be more open and talk about things' with her followers, in the hope of proving to them that 'life isn't as shiny and bright as it is on social media'.
Lottie - who followed in her big sister's footsteps by launching her own modelling career at just 16 - confessed: "I have struggled so much since I was young with depression, anxiety and problems with addiction.
"And becoming a model and being in that industry made it very difficult for me not to feel that way and just succumb to drugs and alcohol whenever I felt sad."

Admitting she was struggling 'to even talk about it out loud', Moss went on: "I've been in a habit of doing that for the rest of my life up until now.
"And I've just got to a point where I don't even know who I am and it's just like navigating your 20s."
Lottie - who has the word 'Lover' tattooed under her eye - went as far as to admit she sometimes 'became someone you don't like or know' during the most difficult days, and 'rebelled so hard' by making changes to her life, including going under the needle and sharing explicit content online.
"I got a face tattoo," she laughs, holding back tears. "And signed up for OnlyFans - I had such a big change in my life and career.
"Then, I was like, 'Wait, is this even what I want to be doing?'.

"But then, it's like, I don't even like me now, so who the f**k am I? I don't know.
"And I don't know really why I'm coming on TikTok saying all of this but I just kind of need to know there's other people that feel this way."
The brave star's admission was later met by a wave of supportive comments from fellow social media users, many of whom explained they'd been in the same dark mental state as her in the past.
One penned a lengthy message: "Lottie. I see my old self in you a lot: I’m so pleased to see you share this insightful post. I almost lost my life at 28 from drugs, modelling and poor relationships.

"Waking up on an MRI scanner after an intentional overdose was my rock bottom. It took time and work but I’m now 44 and a psychologist.
"The last decade for me has been the most beautiful time of my life. There is peace and a wonderful world out there for your taking".
