Eagle-eyed fans of Netflix drama Umbrella Academy have spotted hidden clues in a teaser poster for the hotly anticipated second season.
At first glance, there's not much to tell from the new poster, which was released yesterday via the show's official Insta account.
The image shows the cast from side on, looking through their sunglasses at the camera.
But peer a little closer and you'll find that there are reflections in each pair of sunglasses, which may reveal clues as to what's in store for their wearer.
The dark sci-fi comedy series, based on the graphic novels by My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way, follows the lives of a dysfunctional motley crew of superheroes, who are all part of the same adoptive family.
Things change when the family's adoptive father dies, causing the whole clan to come together again for his funeral.
By the end of season one, the Hargreeves siblings had done a spot of time-travelling to prevent Vanya (Ellen Page) from destroying the planet under the guise of her evil alter-ego, the White Violin.
Where and when they travelled to, however, was still a mystery - but now, the reflections in those sunnies may give us some clues as to where we'll find ourselves in season two, which drops 31st July.
First of all, we have the glasses worn by Kaus (Robert Sheehan) which seem to show a bohemian, Woodstock-type scene, featuring crowds of hippies.
Then there are the reflections in the specs of Luther Hargreeves (Tom Hopper) which reveal the front page of a newspaper and the words 'War Declared'.
Putting these two pieces of information together, is it possible that we'll see storylines involving the 1960s protests against the Vietnam War, or the assassination of JFK?
Naturally, fans have gone wild for these spoilery Easter eggs, and were quick to comment on the poster.
"But what's reflected in those glasses??" commented one.
"Omg i just realized the reflections of their glasses have different images in them...... so many questions, none of them answered," wrote another.
"What does this MEAN???!!" asked a third.
Luckily, with season two dropping next month, we don't have long to wait for answers.
Season two of The Umbrella Academy hits Netflix 31st July 2020.
