Sex And The City's reboot And Just Like That is officially a-go, and just when we thought we'd got over the fact that Kim Cattrall isn't going to be in the new series, we've learnt that another key character is also getting the chop.
Yep, it turns out it's not just Samantha Jones who is no longer on Carrie Bradshaw's radar, but also her hubby, Mr. Big. Say it aint so!
According to Page Six, actor Chris Noth, 66, will not be reprising the role of Sarah Jessica Parker's on-off partner for the HBO Max TV show.

Mr Big and Carrie famously dated on the show before marrying in the 2008 Sex And The City film that followed. Their marriage issues were then laid bare in the movie's 2010 sequel, Sex And The City 2.
Another star who has got the chop is David Eigenberg, who plays the long-term partner of Cynthia Nixon's character, Miranda Hobbes. Steve Brady and Miranda also share a child, Brady Hobbes.
Sarah Jessica Parker will be joined by Nixon and her former cast-mate Kristin Davis on the project. Kristin is best known for playing Charlotte York in the much loved series.

The show will pick up with Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte years after we last saw them, and we'll get the characters we know and love, but the world we recognise today.
And while we don't have any info on the plot yet, Sarah previously told Entertainment Tonight that she wanted to explore "sexual politics and the #MeToo movement and Time's Up..."
"I think Carrie Bradshaw would just be so greedy to share her feelings and thoughts," she said.

Announcing the reboot back in January, Sarah teased on Instagram: "I couldn't help but wonder... where are they now?"
The series will premiere on HBO Max and will run for 10 half hour episodes in total, and there is no release date as of yet.
In fact, it isn't expected to start filming until the summer, so there's going to be a bit of a wait before it lands back on our screens.
