People Are Convinced This Is The First 'Love Island' Contestant
We may not have a confirmed Love Island return date, but some fans are convinced they've discovered the first contestant.
Twenty-three-year-old influencer Sav Berry has been posting shots from a recent photo shoot on Instagram, leading some people to think he's shooting promo images for the ITV show.
Some have claimed that photos were leaked from the Love Island set, however eagle-eyed fans spotted that he appears to be modelling pieces from Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay's Primark range.
"Any stories surrounding the line-up are pure speculation and we will confirm this year's line up in due course" said a Love Island spokesperson to the Sun.
However, we should take the rumours with a grain of salt - according to The Tab, Sav is a notorious prankster and the "promo shots" could actually all just be from previous modelling and promo work that Sav has done.
Sav's participation in the show isn't yet officially confirmed and could well all be a prank, but several other names have been tipped to appear in the series, like Rochelle Humes' sister Sophie Piper,.
An "insider" telling the Sun: "ITV2 bosses are really keen for Soph to be the star of this year's series. Last year they had Dani and her claim to fame with dad Danny captured viewers and boasted the show's ratings. This year they're hoping to do the same with Rochelle and her youngest sister, who's the spitting image of her."
Other rumoured contestants include stripper Lotan Carter, Leigh-Anne Pinnock's sister Sairah Pinnock, model Ted Pullin, Ethan Allen, Lottery winner Jane Park, Chloe Goodman's sister Amelia Goodman, influencer Braelin Kail Peery, Ercan Ramadan, Delilah Belle Hamlin, and Taylor Ward.
