Peaky Blinders fans will no doubt be reeling at the latest instalment of the crime drama in what's shaping up to be one of the most explosive series to date.
Sunday night's episode - the fourth in the new series - saw the Shelbys make a truce with the Billy Boys, attempt to win back riches lost in the Wall Street crash by entering the opium smuggling business with the Chinese, and Tommy (Cillian Murphy) battle fresh visions of Grace and intimidation by fascist leader Oswald Mosley (played superbly by Sam Claflin).

But the most shocking part of the last episode came in the final moments when Polly Gray (Helen McCroy) shot - and presumably killed - Linda Shelby (Kate Phillips) who had turned the gun on husband Arthur (Paul Anderson).
With a murder on their hands, and the second murder on Polly's conscience after her take down of Inspector Campbell in series two, where do the Shelby's go from here?
With just two episodes left to go (yes, we can hardly believe it either), it's probable that the Shelby's are going to have to work hard to cover up Linda's death, especially with so many eyes on ever-powerful family. Let's not forget the gangsters are led by an MP now.

It was only Tommy, his wife Lizzie (Natasha O'Keeffe), Arthur, Polly and presumably her new fiancé Aberama Gold (Aiden Gillen) as he had been with Polly moments before after proposing, who saw the deed.
This could pave the way for a few scenarios in terms of how they both conceal and deal with the death.
There's speculation that the company will use their police contacts to brush the killing under the carpet (as they do with most), maybe Polly will be caught and face punishment, or maybe someone could take the blame for Linda's death.

Arthur, who was the one Linda came intending to kill, might say he did it, or perhaps Polly's fiancé Aberama will take the blame to save his love.
There's also the issue of the slippery and slimy Oswald. Although he didn't witness the shooting, we have a feeling the family enemy will find a way to pop up and use it to his advantage. Could Oswald use the murder to bribe the family? Or could Tommy somehow use it to frame his new nemesis.

And no roundup of episode four would be complete without talking about *that* look between Oswald and Gina Grey (Anya Taylor-Joy).
During the ballet, the leader of the opposition and Michael Gray's new wife made some very suspicious eye contact and sent speculation into overdrive.
At best it could just be a flirtation between the pair - after all, the episode revealed historically accurate details about Oswald's lothario ways, including an extended affair with his wife's younger sister, Lady Alexandra Metcalfe, and with their stepmother, Grace Curzon. He also revealed a history with none other than Tommy Shelby's wife Lizzie.

At worst (and we fear most likely) it could be a secret alliance between the pair. This would explain who the family 'traitor' is, something that Tommy at first pinned on Michael. Could it be that Gina is the one who gave up the young couple's position to the IRA, leading them to be captured in episode one?
Right now it's not clear what their plan could be or how Oswald and Gina are each set to benefit from teaming up against the Shelby's. Not a lot we'd imagine - they are a formidable force.
Some have even speculated Gina isn't even actually pregnant with Michael's baby. After all, gypsy queen Polly guessed it with Ada and Lizzie beforehand. And remember when Gina wouldn't let Polly touch her stomach?
Either way, we can't wait to see what happens. Season five, with its levelled up cinematography and epic new characters is shaping up to be one of the best yet.
