Love Island has given fans their first look at the islanders all back together for the Christmas special in a series of images.

The festive reunion will see all of the couples - including those who have broken up since the end of the show - back in the same room together, although there are a few faces missing.

This time around, the islanders are swapping the sunny Spanish villa for a wintry, countryside estate - although things are still set to get heated inside.

Fans have been promised a 'tense' Christmas special hosted by Caroline Flack, and seeing as there's only three couples remaining (four if Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham are actually back together) there is bound to be drama between the exes.

An insider previously revealed Georgia Steel and Sam Bird, who broke up in October, had a blazing row during the reunion.

Things might not have been left on a good note between the pair, after Georgia was accused of being 'disloyal' to her man at the time of the break-up.

Paul Knops, who came second place with Laura Anderson in the summer, also hinted at feuds and rifts ahead of the special airing.

Fans will be eager to see Jack and Dani back on their screens, following a week of uncertainty over the future of their relationship - although there was no shot of them together.

Dani announced they'd split up last week with a swiftly-deleted Instagram post, saying they'd come to realise it 'was not meant to be long-term'.

But then her dad Danny Dyer threw a spanner in the works by claiming that the two are very much still together, and Dani shared the post to 'punish' Jack.

Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, the EastEnders actor said: "They've had a row, she's got a bit emotional and I think she has whacked that [message] up and immediately regretted it.

"You know what women are like... I'm just saying she got a little bit irate, screaming and shouting, the ultimate way to punish him maybe. I don't know what was going on but I can tell you now, they're sweet."

Love Island's Christmas reunion is set to air on Monday, 17th December at 9pm on ITV2. Make a date in your diary, it sounds like this one's not to be missed.
