From his Weird Weekends to his Dark States, Louis Theroux has established himself as a cult hero for millennials, thanks to his genius pop cultural documentaries.
Things have been a little bit quiet on the Louis front recently, but now the British filmmaker is fueling our obsessions further by releasing a new series in November.
Yep, Louis is stepping back into the limelight after his two-year hiatus following his 2016 My Scientology Movie to bring us his new documentary after some filming in the US.
Speaking at The National Lottery Awards, Louis revealed: "I've got a series coming up, it's coming out in November. I can't say much about it. But it's a three-parter and it's set in America. BBC 2."

Louis' TV career began in the late 90s with the release of Channel 4's Weird Weekends, however he became more of a household name when releasing his When Louis Met... specials.
Weird Weekends spanned across three series in between 1998 and 2000 and saw Louis explore the lives society's fringe cultures, such as Thai Brides, UFO fanatics and swingers.
During his When Louis Met... documentaries, Louis spent time with BBC's Jimmy Saville in 2001 who at the time was yet to face public allegations of child abuse.

Following his death, Louis made a follow up episode looking at the aftermath and commenting on his own failure to realise the darker side of the BBC presenter.
Having already spent time with some of the most notorious people in the world, Louis recently revealed which famous faces are on his interview bucket list.
"Trump would be amazing.

"I always used to say R Kelly, because there were allegations over sexual misconduct.
"But I think BBC 3 might have done a documentary about some alleged sexual misdeeds so that horse might have bolted.
"I follow the Weinstein allegations avidly and I think there is something really interesting with that, but I haven't figured out how you would get into it."
