I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here's latest Bushtucker Trial was almost too much for host Holly Willoughby to handle as she's forced to watch Corrie star Sair Khan chomp on a cow's teat.
In a teaser for tonight's installment of jungle drama, Declan Donnelly can be heard shouting: "What is wrong with you people," presumably aimed at the bosses who planned the sick trial.
But Holly can't even look at Sair who was faced with the gruesome eating challenge titled Deadly Deliveries.
In the teaser trailer, Hollyoaks star Malique finishes his delicious treat, before Sair opens a takeaway container to find a number of cow teats, which look like they're floating in some form of curry.

And that's exactly what it is when Holly reveals the dish is called 'teat masala', before adding a gasp and an 'oh my god.'
"That is a cow's teat," Dec adds just for clarity.
Sair is left with her mouth wide open in shock before she quickly gets it down as fast as she possibly can, pretending it's a sweet chocolate treat.
When the actress puts the cow's nipple in her mouth, Holly can't even bear to look at Sair, but when she does, she's left just as shocked as Dec as they watched her suck on the teat.

Both Dec and Holly are in fits of giggles after watching Sair take on her task, while Malique, who is still reeling from his own challenge, tries to take in what just happened.
Viewers will have to watch tonight to find out how many stars the pair managed to win for camp.
