Harry Styles Mocked By X Factor Fans For His Performance
Harry Styles made a return to the show he owes his fame to on Saturday night, but X Factor fans quickly mocked the One Directioner for both his outfit of choice, and for 'trying to impersonate' a huge artist. He was seen wearing a striking mustard yellow suit, switching into a dark purple one later.
The 1D band member turned solo artist was appearing on the live show to perform his new single, 'Kiwi' in front of the adoring judges and audience...
While the whole of the studio went wild for the performance, viewers quickly took to social media to slate Hazza's performace. Many X Factor fans compared the musician to Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger in his striking suit.
One angry viewer vented: "Harry Styles trying some Mick Jagger sh*t on X Factor is making my eyes and ears bleed. Worst about stopping in on a weekend is getting forced to watch this complete b*llocks."
"Harry styles... [Lidl] version of Mick Jagger," slated a second fan.
A third slammed: "What a pr*ck jumping around thinking he was bowie or jagger, he'll never be in there league."
"Why is Harry styles trying so hard to be a Bowie Jagger mix? It's embarrassing #whatisthatdancing #XFactor," questioned another, while a final tweeted: "Harry Styles is trying to be Mick Jagger and it's not great."
V troubled to see bloody Harry Styles pulling off the Jagger vibe. Pls help I can't handle this internal conflict- Eleanor Byrne (@ellieabyrne) November 11, 2017
I only managed half of Harry Styles performance. He was channeling a weird Mick Jagger lol- JULIE P (@julesyog) November 11, 2017
Don't think poor Hazza was expecting that when choosing his #OOTD!
Did he wake up in the morning feeling like Mick Jagger? Clearly.
This isn't the only time that a One Direction star caused a stir on this year's series of X Factor either. Former band mate Liam Payne appeared on the show to perform his new tune, as girlfriend and guest judge Cheryl Tweedy looked on in the audience.
But then in an strange turn of events, as poor Dermot O'Leary wrapped up the end of his performance, Liam chucked himself of the stage to drag his baby momma out of the studio...
Ummmm, bye then? According to Liam, the producers had told him to do it.
