A new batch of bakers are ready and raring to go for this year's Great British Bake Off as the official contestant line-up for the new series is released.
Prue Leith, Paul Hollywood, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig will all return for the second series of the Channel 4 edition at 9pm on Tuesday 28th August.But who will fight to follow in the footsteps of last year's Bake Off champion, Sophie Faldo? Here's the full line-up of bakers...

Terry, 56, is a retired air stewardess who learned to make from his grandmother while his dad taught him how to bake bread and make pastry from the tender age of just 10-years-old.
When asked what crisp flavour he would invent, Terry said: "I think it would have to be black pudding, because of all the flavours and spices."
Antony, 30, is a banker from India who learned to bake from his father. Describing himself as the 'Bollywood Baker', Antony would love to "re-create the glorious Himalayan Mountains with a light pistachio sponge, sugar paste and snow peaks in smooth silky swiss meringue buttercream." Yum.

Full-time parent Bryony, 30, learned the ropes of baking by watching YouTube tutorials and thinks her university friends will be most shocked to see her on Bake Off.
She said: "We keep in regular contact still, but none of them have a clue. So that will be funny when they find out."

Dan, 36, is a full-time parent living in London and is a self-confessed perfectionist.
He said: "My reasons for taking part in Bake Off were entirely selfish. I have been at home looking after the kids for the last six years, so it was a chance to do something for myself.
"With my youngest starting school, I'm now ready to rejoin the world of adults - I hoped that Bake Off might represent an opportunity to do something that I love and am passionate about."

Imelda, 33, from County Tyrone in Northern Ireland, learned to cook and bake from her mum and decided to enter Bake Off for the challenge and to give herself more confidence when it comes to meeting new people and putting herself out there.
Jon, 33, from Newport in Wales, loves impressing his family and friends with his vibrant showy cakes.
He said: "The tent is far easier than my kitchen, at home I have the kids running around, after school clubs to pick up from and my wife trying to keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

"The time pressure in the tent was harder of course but I have to admit I loved every minute!"
Karen, 60, began baking while living in France with her husband after being inspired by the local French patisserie.
She now lives in West Yorkshire and loves whipping up profiteroles and foot long eclairs.
Kim-Joy, 27, was born in Belgium before growing up in London and then moving to Leeds.
She said: "None of my family really bake, it's just me that bakes. My friends have always wanted me to apply, but I didn't feel confident enough to apply until this year. I went into the tent mostly for myself to see if I could it!"
Luke, 30, works as both a civil servant and a house DJ and he's been baking since the age of 10.
"I tend to bake most on weekends and sometimes in the week after work if I get the chance. It's completely different baking in my kitchen to the tent...there is no pressure to get it right or race against a clock.
"I also love to have music playing and always have my sous-chef (aka my dog Oscar) waiting patiently by my side for something to drop on the floor that he can eat before I have a chance to stop him! One thing I do miss from the tent is having someone clean up after me and wash all the pots. Cleaning up is definitely my least favourite part of baking!"
Manon, 26, was born and raised in France and now lives in London, learning to bake from her mother.
"When me and my best friend came to England, Bake Off was one of the first shows we watched together on TV. So I think my best friend and flatmate, and my closest girlfriends that have always rooted for me and supported me throughout my baking journey."
Rahul, 30, moved to the UK from Kolkata for a university scholarship and now works as a research scientist.
He says everyone will be surprised to see him on Bake Off, despite the fact they all know he loves to bake.
"They know I bake, but not to the scale that I could enter the tent. Colleagues I knew during my PhD don't have a clue that I can bake. Back in India I didn't bake either. All of them and actually myself are surprised that I made it into the tent."
Ruby, 29, began baking when she took on the role of 'house mum' at university, although she grew up in an Indian family where she learned to make Indian sweets.
She said: "My kitchen is very different to the tent; it's very spacious and has a lovely breeze coming through! Baking and music go hand in hand at home; I will always have music blaring, so it's a pretty lively affair.
"I don't like people stepping into my kitchen at home trying to 'help', it's my zone - let me do my thing and then after you can enjoy the treats!"
Great British Bake Off returns on Tuesday 28 August on Channel 4 at 8pm.
