Will Smith has marked 30 years since The Fresh Prince of Bel Air aired for the first time with a pair of photographs from the show's reunion special, which is currently in the making.
The actor, 51, took to Instagram to celebrate the special day, posting a picture from the old Banks mansion, alongside his former cast-mates, Tatyana Ali (Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Joseph Marcell (Geoffrey), Daphne Maxwell Reid (the second Aunt Viv) and Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton), and recurring star, DJ Jazzy Jeff.
He captioned the post: "Today is exactly 30 YEARS since The @FreshPrince of Bel-Air debuted! So we're doin' something for y'all... a for real Banks Family Reunion is comin' soon to @HBOmax!

"RIP James. #FreshPrince30th."
James Avery, who played Uncle Phil, passed away back in 2013.
A second picture in the upload showed Will chatting with the original Aunt Viv, Jane Hubert, with whom he famously had a feud.

She played the role of Aunt Viv for three years before leaving the show after three seasons back in 1993, amid reports of tension on set.
And the special, which she challenged producers to invite her on in a sassy Insta post, will see the pair chatting for the first time in 25 years, and laying their feelings bare. Eeeek.
Commenting under Will Smith's Insta' post, fans were quick to express their excitement at the upcoming show.
"THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS RIGHT NOW," one wrote (in full caps, to show how thrilled they were).

While another penned: "They even have the first Aunt Viv. This is big".
A third joked: "How does Carlton look exactly the same?"
According to taping schedules, the show filmed yesterday (September 10th) - the same day Will shared the snap - and is set to air around Thanksgiving (26th November).
It won't be a scripted sitcom, and the cast won't be returning as their beloved characters.

Instead, much like the upcoming Friends reunion, the show will see the actors and actresses look back at their time on set and reflect on the six seasons they filmed from 1990 to 1996.
It will air on HBO Max, and is promising to be "a funny and heartfelt night full of music, dancing, and special surprise guests".
The show ran for 150 episodes on NBC and became a favourite for many worldwide, with everyone doing 'The Carlton Dance' across the globe.
It starred I Am Legend actor Smith as a fictionalised version of himself who has been sent to live with his wealthy aunt and uncle in their Bel-Air home after getting into a fight in Philadelphia, his home town.

We can't wait for this...
