EastEnders veteran Sharon Mitchell is set to become pregnant by her toyboy lover, according to soap insiders.
In what could be the soap's most bizarre storyline yet, Letitia Dean's character will fall pregnant aged 48 with Keanu Taylor's (played by Danny Walters) baby.
Sharon and Keanu got steamy under the sheets during one of last week's episodes, but now there is more fallout to come. Naturally, Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) won't be too happy about it either.
Soap bosses apparently want to put Sharon and Phil at the "heart of the show" again.

As per an insider speaking to The Sun: "In a shock twist next month Sharon discovers she's pregnant."
However, according to the source Sharon won't be certain who is the father of her unborn baby, made worse by the fact that Phil tells the rest of Walford about the pregnancy.
The source claimed: "But there's gonna be a 'who's the daddy?' dilemma cos she romped with her toyboy lover Keanu last week so is he the dad or is Phil?

"Having discovered she's pregnant Phil excitedly tells everyone their news, much to Sharon's horror as she doesn't know for sure who the dad is."
However, the truth will eventually come to light and hot-headed Phil will go on a rampage over his wife's infidelity, made even worse by the fact that Phil's daughter Louise (Tilly Keeper) is also pregnant by Keanu.
"Phil will go on a bloody rampage when he learns the truth, especially as Keanu has also got Phil's daughter Louise pregnant. The randy lothario has knocked up Phil's wife and his daughter," the EastEnders soap insider added to the tabloid.

"It will also raise the question of Sharon having a pregnancy so late in life and the complications that come with that."
It could only happen in soap world!
