EastEnders' James Forde Looks So Different Now

EastEnders' James Forde Looks So Different Now

Former EastEnders actor James Forde spent most of his life in the public eye when he played Liam Butcher, the son of Ricky Butcher and Bianca Jackson. The young actor entered the soap back in 2008 and played in some major storylines up until 2015.

James' character was faced with dealing with dyslexia as a teenager as well as a relationship with Cindy Williams, played by Mimi Keene. Hell, he even got stabbed.

Here's a reminder...

However, after seven years of fulfilling role, James left the BBC soap and it turns out he's been keeping himself out the spotlight ever since.

The 21-year-old looks completely different from his days in the square as he now has scraped back hair and a moustache. Very grown up.

It seems as though the child star is taking a break from his acting career, as he hasn't starred in anything else since his time in EastEnders, however he is still very active on social media, regularly updating his 46.6 thousand followers on Instagram with snaps.

James' former co-star Maisie Smith recently returned to the square as her former character Tiffany Butcher.

Maisie, who is now 16, looks a whole lot different from when she left the soap back in 2014. I mean, it is understandable that she would grow up between the ages of 13 and 16. But we still feel old.

Maisie first joined the soap at the tender age of six. Her character, Tiffany Butcher, is the daughter of Bianca Jackson, who named her daughter after her best friend Tiffany Mitchell who was killed off in 1999.

Maisie told The Sun: "It's great to be back on the set of EastEnders.

"It's been lovely to see some old faces and meet new ones too. I can't wait to show everyone how much Tiffany has changed."
