'Britain's Got Talent' Receives Complaints After Amanda Holden Swore On Air

And the accidental f-bomb has now resulted in 38 complaints to Ofcom and a further 154 complaints about the act being too scary.

The scary act saw Amanda being lead down into the basement of the venue to be spooked by two supernatural beings.

In a statement about the number of complaints, Ofcom said: "We are assessing these complaints against our broadcasting rules, but are yet to decide whether or not to investigate."

Following Amanda's accidental expletive on the talent contest, she immediately apologised as she acknowledged that some children would be watching the show from home.

The Britain's Got Talent judge explained at the time: "I just really want to apologise if I... I know there's kids watching. A massive apology. I can honestly say I feel terrified."

Of The Haunting's supernatural act, she added: "It's terrifying, amazing, thrilling. I wouldn't want anyone to go through that. It was amazing."

On the supplement show, Britain's Got More Talent, Amanda again expressed how anxious she was that she was going to be fired after her expletive outburst.

"I said oh my god, oh my god, don't fire me for swearing," she admitted on the show, before adding: "I had a panic attack and went to the toilet lots of times."

However, it seems like a lot of fans of the show were actually not too bothered about the BGT judge's f-bomb.

One viewer tweeted: "Amanda Holden just earned my golden buzzer," while somebody else watching shared on Twitter: "I am living for Amanda Holden screaming f*ck on live TV at 8:12pm on a Monday evening #BritainsGotTalent."
