If you're a fan of Mamma Mia!, Greek culture, or simply want to take your anger out on that colleague that's been doing your head in, how do you like the sound of a plate-smashing party themed on the hit musical?

Yes, homeware brand Clas Ohlson are holding an event with the Grecian tradition in the heart of it, all in honour of the ABBA-soundtracked classic making its way to the O2 for the upcoming 'Mamma Mia! The Party'.

Visitors to the pop-up, which takes place on Monday 19th August and is being held at Carousel Spaces in London's Covent Garden, will get to take part in some plate smashing using Clas Ohlson items.

And here's the fun part: some lucky smashers will find blue tickets in their plates, winning them tickets to the 'Mamma Mia! The Party', opening late this summer.

Based on the beloved musical, 'Mamma Mia! The Party' is a theatrical experience coming to the O2 from the end of August until February 2020.

Mamma Mia! co-producer and ABBA legend Björn Ulvaeus explained where the idea for the event came from. "The stage musical and the movies became successes beyond my wildest dreams," he says. "They seem to make people happy, they kind of get you in a party mood - and everyone loves a party."

The Mamma Mia! party was first introduced in Stockholm, where the Tyrol Restaurant was transformed into a Greek taverna. Now, in its fourth sold-out year, they're bringing it to London.

Guest will be able to enjoy around five hours of entertainment including an immersive theatrical performance, a mouth-watering three-course Mediterranean feast and welcome drink, and the chance to boogie the night away to ABBA songs after the show.

"When our guests enter Nikos' Taverna, they will feel as if they're right in the heart of a Greek island paradise, eating great Mediterranean food, drinking, singing and dancing to ABBA songs in a Mamma Mia! world," Björn says.

The experience runs from the end of August until February 2020 and tickets cost £151.20 for band B, £173.60 for band A and £218.40 for premium.

We don't know about you but we'll be smashing those plates to win a ticket...
