A few weeks ago now, Vans teased that they would be teaming up with Harry Potter for a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration.

Since then fans, magical and muggle alike, have been on the edge of their seats anxiously awaiting news. Along with the upcoming augmented reality game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, it's an exciting time for Harry Potter fans.

Up until now, all we knew was that the shoes were inspired by the colours of the different houses, but now, we have a closer look at what the magical designs.

The collection includes a Vans Sk8-Hi model for Gryffindor, an Era for Slytherin, Authentic for Ravenclaw and the Classic Slip-On for Hufflepuff.

Vans x Harry Potter are rumoured to be dropping additional footwear styles alongside a collection of men and women's clothing and accessories.

To complete the collection, Vans x Harry Potter will announce additional footwear styles alongside a selection of men's and women's apparel and accessories.

Vans first teased the collaboration by tweeting that "something magical" was on its way on April 22, with a graphic combining the Harry Potter and Vans logos on a background that alternates between the colours of the four houses.

Fans went wild in the comments, and while we now have a look at the shiny new shoes, it looks like Vans are going to drag out the drop as long as possible.

As yet, no release date has been released, and nor has the full line of shoes. Vans have previously released several lines of pop culture collaborations, including Marvel and Nintendo, but the Harry Potter collection is likely to be their most popular yet, with the Harry Potter fans seemingly the most excited to snatch up some merch.
