Reality star mum-of-two Sam Faiers has revealed she didn't buy her two young children any Christmas presents at all this year, as they are already "so fortunate".
Mummy Diaries star Sam and her baby daddy Paul Knightley are spending the festive period in the Maldives with their two kids, son Paul, three, and daughter Rosie, 10-months-old.

But instead of showering her children with gifts from Santa Claus on Christmas day, Sam instead decided to teach them how to "appreciate" what they already have.
She is instead going to give the money she would have spent on presents for her little ones to a charity.
The former TOWIE star explained to Closer Magazine: "This year, the money I would have spent on Rosie and Paul I'm actually going to donate to charity.

"My kids are so fortunate - they get everything they want and brands are always gifting them things."
Mum-of-two Sam added: "You have to make sure they don't expect that all the time.
"I'm not about giving them hundreds of presents - I want them to grow up appreciating what they have."
Sam jetted off to the Maldives with her family earlier this month, along with mother-in-law Gaynor Knightley, who celebrated her 60th birthday in the sunshine with them.

While she is surrounded by her loved ones, Sam did admit she would be missing her sister, own mum, niece and nephew while she was away.
She revealed: "This is my first Christmas going away somewhere. Billie and I have spent every festive period for the last 27 years together so this will be our first one apart."
Sam admitted that she would be Facetiming her immediate family on Christmas day though.

Her own mum Suzie Wells has since joined them in the Maldives, touching down in the sunshine earlier today.
