Prince Harry appears to have been caught on camera stealing samosas at the launch of Meghan Markle's cookbook on Thursday evening. Shock shock, horror, horror!

The royal was there alongside Meghan's mum, Doria Ragland, to support the Duchess of Sussex as she made a speech about her new project, Together: Our Community Cookbook.

But while Meghan reflected over the creation of the cookbook, it seems like Harry couldn't resist stashing away a few delicious samosas for himself, sheepishly hiding them in his hands as he made his getaway.

And as ITV cameras picked up on the mischievous royal grabbing himself treat while the rest of the family posed for photos, the prince grinned nervously as he realised his error.

Together: Our Community Cookbook is Meghan's first solo project since joining the royal family earlier this year, and the recipe book has been produced alongside a group of women using cooking to heal in the aftermath of the Grenfell tower.

Meghan delivered a flawless, three-minute long speech at an event for the book, talking with pride about the book she had been working on without a single glance at any notes.

During her speech, she thanked everyone who had made the book possible, giving a mention to the Hubb Community Kitchen, who had contributed recipes to the book.

"Working on this project for the past nine months has been a tremendous labor of love," Meghan said.

"I had just recently moved to London, and I felt so immediately embraced by the women in the kitchen, their warmth, and their kindness, and also to be able to see, in this one small room, how multicultural it was.

"On a personal level, I feel so proud to live in a city that can have so much diversity. It's 12 countries represented in this one group of women. It's pretty outstanding."

The Duchess continued: "And then everyone behind the scenes. It truly took a village to see this through. From [food] economists and photography and people donating their time and energy, even on the event today, to see this happen. Everyone embraced this so deeply because it's been a passion project for all of us, and for a very good reason."
