Khloe Kardashian has branded Tristan Thompson's cheating as "f*cked up and disgusting" in a Twitter rant, but admitted they've been through 'countless hours of help' to save their relationship.
The revelation came after Kendall Jenner was caught heckling Tristan at a basketball, however Khloe has a perfectly reasonable explanation as to why.
A fan called out the youngest Kardashian sister for confusing her fans, tweeting: "One minute she's calling TT out, then she's defending being in his life, then she's laughing at her sisters heckling him.
"I just wanna know where we stand Koko so I know how to feel!"

While it's obvious the fan just wanted to support the reality star, Khloe was quick to clear up why Kendall was heckling 'her man' during the basketball game.
"What he did was f*cked up and disgusting. What you're watching is over seven months old. We have gone though countless hours of help. My sister was watching HER man play against my man..." Koko explained. "So of course she's going to heckle the opposing team. Why are you confused?"
Considering Khloe, Tristan and True spent Thanksgiving together, it seems like the countless hours of help have definitely worked, so we'd definitely like the number for their therapist.
Tristan took to Instagram to share the first photo of him and his daughter as he told his followers he's 'soo blessed.'

He continued: "Happy thanksgiving from my family to yours #GiveThanks #blessed."
Interestingly, Khloe's tweet also confirms Kendall is dating NBA player, Ben Simmons, after months of speculation.
The couple were first rumoured to be dating in June, when they were spotted in a New York restaurant together.
