Jamie Redknapp has shared a video of the moment he found out his dad Harry Redknapp had been crowned king of the jungle.

Posting on Instagram, Jamie shared a video of the whole family nervously watching the announcement on a huge television screen.

As Harry was announced as the winner, Jamie jumped up and punched the sky while Harry's grandchildren jumped from their seats.

Harry was crowned king of the jungle after spending three weeks completing Bushtucker Trials, refusing to eat the more exotic meats offered to him and entertaining the public with stories about his wife Sandra.

In a second video, Jamie captured the moment his dad was given a flower crown and joked he would hate that bit.

Commenting on the moment, Jamie said: "Harry, look at him! He'll hate this bit! Go on Harry, go on dad, go on mate. Hahaha, well done."

During Harry's walk along the winners' bridge Jamie also explained that his dad would have had no idea what was going on.

He said: "Look at him! Go on Dad, he doesn't know what he's holding up there!"

Alongside the touching videos, Jamie also wrote a tribute to his dad after he famously said that Harry wouldn't last five days in the jungle.

Jamie wrote: "I never thought I'd say this but I'm so proud to have my dad as the king of the jungle.

"We love you! Now come home please, we all miss you!"

Unfortunately viewers didn't get to witness the moment Harry was reunited with his wife Sandra. However the former football manager has revealed what he is going to get up with her after leaving the jungle.

As soon as Harry left the jungle, the 71-year-old revealed he was most excited about reuniting with his beloved Sandra and doing a bit of grinding.

When asked how hard he found it without his wife of 54 years, he said: "It was very difficult, it was very difficult.

"She's got a bit of grinding coming... Where is she? I'm ready for her!"
