Dani Dyer has caused confusion today after deleting an Instagram story in which announced she had split from boyfriend Jack Fincham just a couple of hours after it was originally posted.

In the announcement Dani said the pair had realised that they 'weren't for the long-term'. Jack is still to comment on their split.

Since the post was deleted there has been speculation that the couple's romance could be back on and that love isn't dead after all. One fan wrote: "But if it's true why delete it and Jack hasn't said anything about it ether. It's all a bit weird if you ask me."

Taking to Instagram to announce the split Dani wrote: "'Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways...Sadly we've come to the realisation that it's not meant to be long term.

"We both plan to stay friends. I hope you'll all understand."

In a strange move Dani also switched off comments on all of her most recent Instagram posts except for the ones of her and her now ex.

The announcement sent fans into shock as Jack and Dani seemed pretty solid and had moved in together not long after winning the reality show this summer and recently bought a puppy to complete their family.

During their time in the show they had little drama until producers seemingly attempted to cause a split by placing Jack in 'Casa Amor' with his ex.

The pair had also been working on their new reality show, however rumours were rife that the couple had been enduring difficulties while filming.

Jack had previously said: "Filming the show wasn't easy. It was tough, it was intense - you're on camera most days of the week all day long.

"We had bickers during filming just like any other couple. I got emotional with Dani doing it; I even had a couple of tear ups. But Dani and I got through it."

The couple were also meant to be presenting the NTA's together in January 2019. Pretty 52 has contacted reps for both Jack and Dani but has had no response.
