The aim of the game is to couple up with a member of the opposite sex.

But Tommy Fury and Curtis Pritchard delighted fans with their own heartwarming display of bromance on Love Island last night.

The two pals, who entered the villa together as the first set of 'bombshells' on day one, had a heart-to-heart on the terrace on Tuesday evening following a day of drama sparked by Yewande's dramatic exit from the show.

Despite Molly-Mae's fears her partner was spilling the beans on their bedtime antics, Tommy, 20, was more interested in gushing about his blossoming bromance with Curtis.

Speaking to the 23-year-old ballroom dancer, he said: "It's just mad, because we came in here together, we didn't know what to expect, and I think we've both found what we were looking for. And it's special.

"But in all honesty, coming from the heart now, I could not have asked to meet a better guy. You're my brother."

Tommy added: "Bro, I can talk to you about anything and I trust you with anything. And it's mad because we've both come in here and found love. But I feel like we've also come in here and found a brother for life."

And fans were loving their heartfelt exchange, with one person tweeting: "Love how Molly-Mae thinks Tommy & Curtis are on the terrace talking about what bits & bobs they've done in their couples & they're up there expressing their undying love foe each other."

Curtis, who agreed the pair had a connection, added: "I haven't met someone like you before."
