Cheryl Tweedy And Liam Payne's Relationship Is Reportedly 'Under Strain'
Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne haven't been spotted out in public together for a number of months, leading to fan speculation that there may be trouble in paradise.
And now a friend has told The Daily Mail that their relationship is 'under strain', because the former One Direction pop star has been spending lots of nights away from their family home due to his hectic work schedule.
According to the source, Cheryl has been staying at home with their 11-month-old son, Bear, whereas Liam has been going to lots of events, meaning the pair are finding it hard to have quality time.
The insider said: "The fact of the matter is, like most young couple's with busy work lives and the demands of an infant they have been struggling to spend time together.
"There are the very real strains of trying to adapt to parenthood whilst being in the spotlight and having to appear as though everything is rosy all of the time."
They also said that the Girls Aloud singer would love to have more children, but being apart is just adding to the pressure of that.
For Valentine's Day, Liam shared an adorable snap of their son wearing a t-shirt, rather than a picture of him and Cheryl, which read: "Bear is mummy's little Valentine."
He did wish his other half 'Happy Valentine's', though, adding in the caption: "Happy Valentine's Day @cherylofficial and everyone. Looks like I've got the big guy to compete with now."
