Uranus will be visible to everyone in the UK tonight. Before you start panicking, we are talking about the planet.
You will be able to see the planet tonight (Friday, 26th October) and for the rest of the week, just to the left of the moon.
The planet, which is seventh from the sun, is at its closest point to the earth in its orbit, making it quite easy for us lot to see it at night-time.
Despite the fact that the moon is starting to wane after yesterday's full moon, it will still be casting plenty of light into the night sky so you'll still be able to see Uranus clearly - good news for fans of astronomy.

If you aren't sure what you are looking for, then Uranus should appear as a small turquoise dot in the sky.
While you can still see it with the naked eye, you will get a much better view of the planet if you use a telescope or a pair of binoculars.
Uranus is particularly easy to see in October as it is in opposition to the sun, meaning it rises when the sun sets and vice versa.

As long as the sky stays clear for the evening and there are no clouds, the tiny blue planet should be visible for the entire night.
You will get the clearest view of the planet if you head out of the city to help avoid light pollution.

Uranus is a chilly planet, and is actually colder than Neptune, despite being closer to the sun, and also has wind speeds of up to 900 km per hour.
And it also revolves around on the side rather than on an axis, which is what Earth does.
