Universal Orlando is adding a new Hagrid-themed ride to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and it's set to arrive in June this year.
Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is being described by the Florida resort as one of the 'most highly-themed coaster experiences' and will replace the Dragon Challenge at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure.
Passengers will fly around in Hagrid's motorbike, which was left to him by Harry's godfather Sirius Black, on a roller coaster ride that "plunges into the path of some of the wizarding world's rarest magical creatures".
Announcing the news, an official press release read: "Universal Orlando Resort today revealed the name and opening date for the highly-anticipated, new adventure coming to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter this summer.

"Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure will open on June 13, 2019 in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade at Universal's Islands of Adventure, and feature the most highly-themed coaster yet.
"For the first time ever, guests will fly with Hagrid on a thrilling roller coaster ride that plunges into the path of some of the wizarding world's rarest magical creatures."
Imagery for the new ride shows Hagrid taking front seat in the roller coaster, composed of a motorbike-style carriage at the front and similar smaller versions behind. Blue pixies terrorise the passengers, with magic lighting up the sky as Hogwarts castle sits in the background.
Other magical rides at The Wizarding World include Flight of the Hippogriff, which is a family roller coaster, as well as the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts located at the Diagon Alley section.

There is also the Hogwarts Express, which allows guests to travel between theme parks with the passes.
