Do It Yourself LUSH Dupes You Need In Your Life

Do It Yourself LUSH Dupes You Need In Your Life

LUSH, a heaven on earth for most of us ladies. Happy, helpful staff, gloriously fragrant aromas, and 'Snow Fairy' shower gel = a pretty orgasmic mix. Yet there's just one thing that bothers me about the brand, and that is the price.

And I'm sure I'm not alone with this one. We all happily splurge on the products, but in reality, would we even bother spending so much on some bath salt in any other shop? Probs not.

So as usual I'm back to my crafty ways, and have been on the hunt for some fabulously cheap, yet amazing, products to make my own LUSH dupes in under ten minutes (you'd spend longer in the store!)

Not only are these fantastic dupes ten times cheaper than the real thing, you know exactly what you're putting onto your skin as you've made the product yourself! A ten out of ten if you ask me.

Pretty52's Salt Scrub / Ocean Salt Scrub

Mix together equal parts of coarse sea salt and your favourite shower gel, until both are combined totally, then get yo'self exfoliating! This one works perfectly for a post-shave scrub, to make your legs totally smooth and sleek.

Pretty52's Banana Hair Treatment / H'suan Wen Hua Hair Moisturiser

Mix 1 jar of banana baby food (trust me!), 100ml of plain yogurt, and 2 teaspoons of coconut milk together thoroughly. The end result will resemble something like custard, smell amazing, and will have the same effects of the LUSH hair mask. #winning

Pretty52's Green Tea Face Mask / The Sacred Truth

Empty one green tea teabag into 3 teaspoons of plain yogurt, and stir together. One combined, add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Easy peasy!

Pretty52's Sun Spray / Breath Of Fresh Air Toner

Pour 100ml of water into a bowl, mix in 25ml of witch hazel, 25ml of aloe vera, and around 3-5 drops of essential oils. Mix thoroughly and pour into a spray bottle. To make your spray look pretty, add some soap dye to your own preference.

Let us know which dupe is your favourite!
