Lidl Now Sell McDonald's-Style Nuggets And I'm Suddenly Extremely Hungry
At PRETTY52, we live for a bargain. And fast food. So when the planets align and we find something that incorporates both of these things, you'd better believe that we get damn excited by it.
Lidl have saved us all from any future hangover with their own version of Maccies nugs. But get this, they're just £1.69 for TEN. At McDonald's, it's £3.19 for NINE. It's simple maths, people!
The box it comes in looks awfully familiar, and it even comes with curry and sweet & sour dips.
PLUS, they're chilled, so that means less cooking time than frozen. YAS.
It was brought to the world's attention by Facebook page '10 Ways To Have More Money', and has made quite the impact on the public.
People lost their collective minds.
One helpful person wrote: "I work in a Lidl store... just so your all aware it isn't something we sell regularly. It's a special offer so once it's gone it's gone. Grab them while you can because they are delicious!"
While another claimed that they're actually the SAME as the McDonald's ones?! What?! They wrote: "They are actually the same as the McDonald's ones but are the 'rejected' nuggets usually because they don't fit the 4 shapes that McDonald's sell boot ball bell and bow tie (I worked there for nearly 10 years)."
Obviously we can't confirm nor deny whether or not that's true, but clearly they must taste damn similar.
Thousands upon thousands of comments have gone up within a couple of hours of the page posting the hack. Yes, people are loving these nuggets. And why wouldn't they?! This is the best news ever.
Right, where's the nearest Lidl?! I need these for my tea tonight and it's a long way until payday.
