There's A Hogwarts Themed B&B And We NEED To Visit
If there's one place we want to go visit more than any other it has to be Hogwarts. Unfortunately, until scientists figure out a way to project us directly into J.K Rowling's imagination, it's not physically possible to achieve that dream.
Still, we've managed to find the next best thing: a bed and breakfast in Wales that is going all out for the 20th anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone (and, coincidentally, the 10th anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows!)
Llety Cynin is a bed and breakfast located in South Wales, and they're putting on quite the display in celebration of everyone's favourite boy wizard. Even if you're not up for spending a night, you can go along and take part in their 'Wizard's Tea', a feast of Hogwarts-proportions, available every Tuesday and Thursday and every day in the school holidays.

On arrival, every visitor will be sorted into their houses in the 'Great Hall' before being taken into the 'Common Room' to sample some Harry Potter-themed grub.
Appropriately, all the food is served in owl cages, presumably because all the owls are out on deliveries at the moment. Kids will find all manner of delights including 'Not Pumpkin Juice' (orange an carrot juice), finger sandwiches, birthday cake, match winning cake pops, chocolate frogs, a sour lollipop and house shortbread (that might be a little different depending on where you're sorted!)
Adults will have a slightly more grown up menu included hot butter beer, finger sandwiches, a spiced pumpkin pasty, screaming baby cakes (coffee and vanilla cupcake, brownie soil and fondant baby with wafer leaves), 'Aunties Trifle', 'Gamekeepers rock cakes' and treacle tart. Yum yum!
Kids meals are priced at £10.95 while adults will be charged £15.95.
If you do fancy staying the night at 'Hogwarts' you'll also get full use of the leisure club, the Harry Potter inspired afternoon tea, a free Harry Potter related book, a full breakfast the following morning, and the opportunity to enjoy a nice woodland walk near the premises! Very sweet.
Unfortunately, these teas are expected to book up very quickly so get booking now! We're already booking ours as we speak! See you there, Potterheads!
