"I don't think it was necessary for you to react the way you did just because I asked you to go somewhere private."

Despite breastfeeding a baby being the most natural thing in the world, loads of new mamas are still made to feel ashamed for nursing their babies when in public.

While you would hope that this ignorance had changed by now, people definitely still have this attitude, as displayed by this one woman who complained about a breastfeeding mother in a park.

"To the lady Dartford park who thought it was appropriate to breastfeed her baby whist my child and very easily distracted husband sat near by [sic]," she fumed on the Dartford Gossip Facebook page.

The unnamed person continued on her rant, adding: "I don't think it was necessary for you to react the way you did just because I asked you to go somewhere private, telling me to f*ck off and squirting me with your boobs was incredibly uncalled for.

"I hope you are ashamed of yourself!"

If the anonymous woman was hoping for some support after complaining about someone feeding their baby, then she was wrong.

Social media quickly blazed with fuming comments, and one person slammed: "You should be ashamed of yourself! It's hard enough to breast feed a baby let alone be judged for it in public!"

"Don't take your insecurities on your husbands wandering eyes out on a mother feeding her baby. Grow up," raged somebody else.

Another person fumed: "There is something wrong with people who think seeing someone breastfeeding is inappropriate.

"I hope you're ashamed of yourself, her reaction may not have been the right way to deal with your ignorance, but she has every right to feed her child there, if it offended you that much why didn't you move?" added a fourth.

While squirting your breast milk at someone might not be the ideal way to change attitudes, it will definitely get your point across.
