You Can Now Get Shimmery Raspberry Gin That Changes Colour

We're always looking for fun new flavours to add to our drinks cabinet, and this latest one is sure to stand out from the crowd.

Manchester distillers Zymurgorium has launched the latest in its zany Flagingo Gin range, and it's an electric blue, psychedelic crowd pleaser.

Zymurgorium Flagingo Electric Blue is a gin-based liqueur that mixes blue and red raspberries. It comes in a shimmery, electric blue and pink bottle, and costs £19 for a 50cl bottle.

Described as a "shimmering swirl of rocking colour changing madness", the gin has a pretty cool party trick - it changes from electric blue to bright pink, and glitters and shimmers all the while.

The description of the gin reads: "Lay back and let the Flagingo house band rock your taste buds with an Electric combination of Blue & Scottish Raspberries!

"By adding a Sparkling Mixer to the swirling-shimmering blue madness, it triggers a wonderful on-stage explosion of Pink hues.

"The final rift on the palette and nose will leave you swooning like a lovestruck groupie.

"Strong and Powerful Refreshment, finishing with a soft & smooth diminuendo of ripe fruit, leaving your senses crying 'ENCORE! ENCORE!'"

It adds: "Mixing blue raspberries with their zingy red Scottish counterparts, this gin-based liqueur not only tantalises the taste buds but also provides a feast for the eyes."

A video from the brand shows the gin swirling around in its traffic-stopping bottles, and it certainly gives off a psychedelic vibe.

As well as this quirky flavour, the brand also sells a whole host of unusual boozy bottles, including marmalade gin, chocolate gin, cherry-on-top Bakewell gin-based liqueur and even Realm of the Unicorn gin-based liqueur, which is just as shimmery as the Electric Blue offering.

We can't wait to try it.

Zymurgorium Flagingo Electric Blue is available to buy from www.zymurgorium.com and costs £19 per 50cl bottle.
