There seems to be an endless number of gins out there, and we're absolutely loving working our way through them all.

Next on the bucket list is this Poetic License baked apple and salted caramel gin, and it sounds divine.

Masters of Maltalt describes the gin as: "A delightful gin liqueur from the Poetic Licence distillery in Sunderland, made in the team's 500-litre hybrid still (named Gracie!) and using Poetic License Old Tom Gin as a base."

The sweet naugtiness is said to taste: "Syrupy sweet throughout with a faint Himalayan sea salt bite. Apple strudels dominate the palate, followed by a succulent soft toffee finish." Yuuum.

A 50cl bottle can be purchased from Masters of Malt for £19.95 so it won''t break the bank either.
