Shoppers Spot M&M's Crunchy Spread At Aldi For £1.50

We may have just found a chocolatey spread to rival Nutella that is available on the shelves of Aldi.

Yup, remember a while ago when shoppers discovered that crunchy M&M's chocolate spread existed but couldn't find it anywhere?

Well, it turns out that Aldi is actually selling the yummy spread, and it will only cost you £1.49 per dreamy pot.

Seeing as these usually cost almost three quid a pop from other supermarket giants now that it's available here in the UK, this is a pretty good deal.

You have Instagram account ProductsInStore to thanks for this incredible piece of news, as it posted a snap of the delicious find straight from an Aldi store for chocoholics everywhere.

Just image the combinations you could create with a blob of this on some cake, ice cream, or in hot chocolates. Who are we kidding, we would eat it straight from the tub with a spoon. We're drooling all over our keyboards at the thought.

It is unclear whether the spread will be available in Aldi stores nationwide, but we can only hope so. Expect a riot in the confectionery aisle of the supermarket if you do manage to find some though.

Another tasty chocolate spread that has also just become available here in the UK is a hazlenut Lindt one.

The yummy chocolatey and nutty spread has just appeared in a few Lindt stores across the UK and it looks absolutely sublime.

Posting the find to Instagram, one again savvy shoppers ProductsInStore wrote: "£5.99 @lindtuk wow looks amazing at Liverpool Lindt shop."

Heroes don't all wear capes, you know.

There is currently absolutely no word yet on whether it can actually beat Nutella or crunchy M&M's in the chocolate spread game, but we are ready to experiment in the name of food.
