Forget hackneyed displays of affection like petrol-station flowers and heart-holding teddies (hey, we get it, you forgot). Valentine's Day 2019 is all about filling your stomach (as well as your heart).

And what could be more romantic than Aunt Bessie's new limited-edition Heart Shaped Yorkshire puddings?

With a growing number of Brits eschewing over-priced, mediocre meals out on the big day and choosing to celebrate Valentine's Day at home, Aunt Bessie's new Heart Shaped Yorkshire puddings are the perfect addition to any candle-lit dinner.

If you're a traditionalist then don't worry: each love-filled pudding is made from Aunt Bessie's popular recipe, which has been a family favourite since 1995.

The easy-to-prepare side dish will give time-poor couples the stodgy reassurance of delicious Yorkshire puddings in just five minutes - leaving even more time to get romantic with your S.O.

Whether it be a traditional Sunday roast or a quick mid-week meal our Heart Shaped Yorkshires will be sure to impress whatever the occasion."

Available in a pack of six, Aunt Bessie's Heart Shaped Yorkshire Puddings have an RRP of £1.50 and can be found in ASDA, Morrison's and Heron from February to March 2019.

Looking for dessert? Ben & Jerry's has released a new flavour in the name of love and we'll be self-gifting this year.

It's buttery brown sugar ice cream with pink chocolate, salted caramel cups, a cookie swirl and pink topping and chunks - the new flavour is packed with lovely things and aptly named: "Topped Love is".
