In honours of St David's day tomorrow (Friday, 1st March) Nando's is giving away free osauce to those with the same name - just minus the Saint part, obviously.
Anybody with the name David will be able to pick up a bottle of medium PERi-PERi sauce for free from select restaurants of the Portuguese chicken chain.
Medium PERi-Peri is described by Nando's as: "A gateway sauce: a good dollop of PERi-PERi (African Bird's Eye Chilli) with spices. For a while, it will be enough. But soon you'll want them all. Just go with it."
It's perfect for dipping, smothering, cooking and pouring so you can enjoy the taste of Nando's from the comfort of your own home.

There is a catch as you need to spend at least £7 in the restaurant to be able to get a bespoke medium sauce bottle, but there's nothing like a cheeky trip to Nando's during your lunchbreak, right?
And before you think you can outsmart the system, you will need to show proof of your age to grab a bottle of PERi-PERi free of charge.
Accepted name spellings and variations include: David, Dafydd, Dewi, Dai, Dafina and Davina. Not to worry if your spelling didn't make the list as Nando's says it will provide generic 'Happy St. David's Day' labels for any other variations.

St.David's Day is the feast day of Saint David, the patron saint of Wales so it's only fitting that Welsh Nando's restaurants are the ones taking part.
