It can be hard sometimes to get kids to eat all their food.
But one mum has got creative by turning her kids lunch boxes into animals and mermaids to get them so excited about the visual experience, that they forget they're eating healthy food altogether.

She creates the faces and bases using noodles and spaghetti that she twirls into shape with either chopsticks or a fork.
She posted pictures of her work on Facebook for other parents to see, and captioned them with: "Fancy up your noodles with some arrangement. No special tools needed. I use chopsticks and a fork.Just a little bit of time to tweak the noodles making it into your desired shape. Give it a try! You'll have fun!"
Designs include a rabbit, a bear and a mermaid, and they are all super creative.

She uses different vegetables and meats to add in details such as eyes, noses, ears and whiskers.
Some parents have commented on her Facebook post calling her work 'awesome', and that they will be taking heed of her tips and tricks and trying them on their own kids.
One parent asked how the designs are kept in place once chucked around in a schoolbag.

The mum explained that as long as the boxes are packed tightly, the fun designs will stay in place. "Packed it full and tight inside the container. If you look at the mermaid, it was almost to the lid line. It stays intact when my daughter opens it at lunch," she said. "Plus get a lunch bag that fits the container [in an] upright position so it won't get tilted or tossed too much during transportation."
