McDonald's Just Revealed Its Festive Menu And The Big Tasty Is Back

It might only be November, but dare we say it - Christmas is almost upon us, which means enjoying all the gorgeous food we can lay our hands on.

This year we're going beyond the classic pigs in blankets and mulled wine because McDonald's just released its festive menu and it's enough to get us rocking around the Christmas tree.

It's good news for fans of the original Big Tasty, because the supersize beef, bacon and cheese burger is making a comeback, just in time for Chrimbo.

Of course, if that doesn't quite tickle your pickle, the fast food chain is also reintroducing a side of Cheese Melt Dippers with a serving of Festive Tomato Dip... which we can only assume is an extra jolly version of the regular tomato dip on offer.

The Big Tasty and Cheese Melt combo will set you back just £4.29 or £3.99 for its chicken counterpart - but let's not forget you can add a cheeky extra slice of bacon for an extra 40p.

Finishing off the food side of the festive menu is the Maltesers Reindeer McFlurry, which is filled with mini chocolate reindeer for just £1.29.

McDonald's is also introducing a new indulgent addition to its McCafe range, with a Millionaire's Latte, made up of a large shot of espresso blended with steamed milk and a caramel biscuit flavour syrup.

Steven Howells, head of marketing at McDonald's UK, said: "It's that time of year where we want to bring back favourites, but also introduce new twists to the menu. We know customers look out for them during this season, so we want to give them and unforgettable festive taste."

Earlier this month, McDonald's released its Christmas advert which sees Satna Clause doing the rounds on Christmas eve before taking his reindeer through the drive-thru for a cheeky McDonald's.
